Frequently Asked Questions About iPhone Repair Service

How long does it take to repair my iPhone?
The repair time depends on the type of service your device needs. For quick repairs, such as screen or battery replacement, the service is usually completed in approximately 20 minutes, as long as we have the part available at that moment. In the case of back glass replacement, the process usually takes around 3 hours, since it requires more detailed and careful work. For major or more complex repairs, such as logic board issues, power problems, liquid damage, or other specialized interventions, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.
How long does the repair take?
The time may vary depending on the issue your device has, the type of repair required, and the availability of replacement parts. Many repairs are completed on the same day, especially when they involve quick services. In addition, if we have this service available in your area, we can also pick up your device, take it to our branch for repair, and then deliver it back to you once it is ready, so you do not have to travel and the process is more convenient for you.
How long does it take to receive my device if I request a pickup?
The delivery time depends on the type of repair, the location, and the logistics of the pickup service. For quick repairs, such as screen or battery replacement, we can usually deliver it in approximately 4 hours. However, in more complex cases or when a more detailed diagnosis is required, the time may be longer. In any case, we will always inform you from the beginning about the estimated time so you have clarity throughout the process.
Do I receive any proof that I am leaving my device for repair?
Yes. When we receive your device, we send you a receipt in PDF format, either by email or message. In this document, you will find important information such as your order number, your device details, the requested service, and our contact information. This gives you greater security, support, and an easier way to follow up on your repair at any time.
How does the loaner device work?
When your device repair requires 1 day or more, we can offer you a loaner device, either an iPhone or a MacBook, so you can stay connected and continue with your activities while we work on repairing yours. This benefit is designed so the wait does not affect your daily routine and, in applicable cases, it does not generate any additional cost. The availability of loaner devices is subject to stock at the time of request.
What happens if the warranty period has ended and my device has issues?
Even if the warranty period has ended, you can bring your device in for review with complete confidence. Our staff can evaluate it to determine whether it is possible to apply a warranty extension, some type of special assistance, or offer you a convenient solution according to your case. Our goal is to help you find the best alternative so your device can work properly again.
Do you handle urgent repairs?
Yes, we offer assistance for urgent repairs. If your device needs a solution as soon as possible, you can contact us and explain your specific case. Based on the type of issue, parts availability, and our current workload, we will let you know the fastest repair alternatives and the estimated time to resolve it. We always aim to offer you the quickest possible option.
What quality of parts do you use?
We mainly work with OEM-quality parts, meaning components with a manufacturing standard very similar to the original, offering excellent performance, compatibility, and durability. In some cases, we also have original parts available, depending on the device model and availability. We always aim to offer reliable replacement parts so the repair has a high-quality result.
How can I follow up on my repair?
You can follow up on your repair very easily. You have the option to call the store directly to request information about the status of your device, or, if you prefer, you can also check it through our website using your order number. This way, you can stay informed about the progress of your repair quickly and conveniently.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept different payment methods for your convenience. You can pay in cash, by card, or by bank transfer. If you need to confirm a specific payment method before visiting us or before we deliver your device, we will be happy to assist you.
Can you issue an invoice for the amount of my repair?
Yes, we can gladly issue the corresponding invoice for the amount of your repair. We only ask that, when you pick up your device and before making the payment, you let us know that you need an invoice so we can request your tax information and generate the document correctly. This will make the process faster and allow us to provide your invoice without any issues.
